Our Vision is to improve the employment prospects of the young, inexperienced, previously disadvantaged South Africans, and see a generation of young leaders who inspire positive change in their communities.

Our Mission Is to; provide a safe space for hundreds to thousands of Youth and Young Women to be equipped and empowered within our marginalised community and achieve their full potential. To see every youth go through our program as a successful pathway to a dignified job. To deliver professionally supported education, skills training, coaching and mentorship programmes that best prepare learners, youth and young women for the working world.

Phronesis: Youth Development has been working in the youth development space since 2010, we have successfully implemented a 4 Stage Youth Employment Service Programme that engages hundreds of NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) youth people in Gauteng and Tshwane.
