The women development program at Phronesis Students Development Trust is dedicated to empowering women through education, skills training, and economic opportunities. The program offers various vocational training courses, including tailoring, baking, and computer skills, enabling women to gain financial independence and support their families. Entrepreneurship workshops are also provided, helping women start and manage their own businesses effectively. By equipping women with practical skills and business knowledge, the program aims to reduce poverty and promote gender equality.

In addition to vocational training, the women development program focuses on personal development and empowerment. Workshops on topics such as self-esteem, leadership, and financial literacy are conducted to help women build confidence and take control of their lives. Support groups and mentoring relationships are also established, providing women with a network of encouragement and guidance. This supportive community helps women overcome personal and societal challenges, fostering resilience and self-reliance.

The program also advocates for women’s rights and gender equality. Awareness campaigns and community dialogues are organized to address issues such as domestic violence, gender discrimination, and reproductive health. By raising awareness and promoting dialogue, the program aims to create a more equitable and supportive environment for women. Through these comprehensive efforts, the women development program strives to empower women to achieve their full potential and contribute positively to their communities.
